Review: Fusion Japanese Restaurant

20 Dec

Yesterday i went out for lunch and i felt like trying out something new, Fusion has been on my list for a while and it felt like the right time, specially that it’s been a while since i had any Japanese food.

So the place is nice and kinda fancy, its located right next to Kuwait towers, where fish market and Senior Sasi are located. I was welcomed in and seated, there were exactly 2 tables busy and ours is one of them. The buffet looked good as i approached it, it was neat and clean with many types of maki, sushi, salad, soup, rice, noodles and other meat and chicken dishes with dessert. However it wasn’t a good start when i reached for a plate and it was oily and dirty…

To make this short, I didn’t like the food, they had many kinds of makis, but it didn’t have any special taste, and it felt like they were dry with lots of rice. But on the other hand, i liked the noodles and the dessert (Um Ali).

The buffet is 6 KDs per person, i think it’s worth this whole buffet, but it’s not worth the taste. I wouldn’t recommend it while there are lots of better Japanese restaurants out there.

Yes try the fusion in galleria 200, the food is amazing. Best in kuwait, without a doubt. If you know how to eat, then thats the one.The other fusion is a copy, and they are not affiliated.
