~to gym or not to gym~

so i’m still kinda following my heathy eating lifestyle..

i’m largely eating healthily..

but not denying myself…

but i know i need to start exercising more than just taking a 30 minute walk a day

but its just so hard being motivated…

what do u guys do to get motivated at the gym and stay entertained?

      i need to do like an hour and a half intense exercise at the gym to burn of everything i eat ;p

    I slap myself and yell SPARTAAAAA!!!! :p……jk realisticly though, when i get a membership to a gym I usually go with 3 month packages, this helps keep me motivated, first it gives you a time constraint as in ( its only 90 days I can do this), its also the perfect gym cycle 3 months is more than enough to see a transformation, so it gives me a target wieght and how much time I have to reach that wieght…..after the 3 months i take a break if im satisfied ill take a few weeks off, if not then i go for another 3 months and so on…….this works better than getting a year membership since getting the year membership makes u lazy in a sense, youll get that ” I still have a whole year left….i’ll just go tomorrow ” mentality.

    I can’t advice u because kil ma shtrik ib nadi 7ad 2 weeks max! and i stop going there! :D bes tha3aft wayed il7imdillah! i eat whatever i want bes i drink a lot of water! and walk as much as i could! 7atan lo etfakren feha mathlan bil malls Parking! ela yaboon yesfi6on 3ind ilbab! agolhum mu ela! sif6aw b3eeed! i just lover walking! ad try to walk more! ;) i think that’s my secret ;) EE! AND DRINK WATER A LOTTTTTT!!!!!

      i drink lotssaaa waterrr!!!
      everyone makes fun of me cuz i carry a large bottle ;p
      everywhere ;p
      anndd :D in dubai… i live near the marina.. so its easy for me to walk and the weather’s been nice :D
      been working on a final project so inshallah will start walking again once its done :D

    I use my elliptical at home … not exactly motivation but I love the convenience factor. I just cannot be bothered to go to a gym. Hope you find your motivation soon.

      heheh i have a gym righhttt downstairss!!
      i decided to go on treadmil for 20 mins
