~day 4 – sugarfree~

*holds belly* i ate tooo much lasagne today! i made it and it was yummy *rubs belly*

i’m sooooo fullll!!!!! and soooo tired!!! had a really longg dayyyyy!! we had a lot of family over! ;p

so day 4… ate a lot today… (like i said ;p)

but still no sugar…

its funny how quickly u stop missing sweet stuff

i’m not as hungry as i used to be!!! but i still keep munching.. hopefully sooon i’ll start eating more salads etc :D

my migraines have completely gone… i feel soooo good 7amdella..

i love dates and nuts and fruits…

and breakfast has been sugarfree peanut butter with bread for breakfast! its soooo yummyyyy

i prefer it to sweeter peanut butter

have to start making porridge!

i’m sooo happy :D

    Hey…great going! I am happy for you at your achievement. It’s not all that easy to stay away from sugar, but once you do it, tha’ts it…your body won’t really miss the sugar. Good to know you are relieved from the migranes.
