~day 7: sugarfree~

its been a week!

a whole week of noooo sugarrr!!!!!!!! :D

today i only had 2 dates and 6 almonds.. i already had dinner of prawns and a salad.. dessert in a while would be 2 tangerines, a yoghurt and some almonds

woooo hooooo *dances* a weeeeekkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i can’t believe i’m here!!!

after the next week i’ll tell u difference on skin and weight and all that hoopla

    if u dont work out ur diet wont work…u will see short term results, but u will gain the weight back quickly…i highly recommend joining a gym and working out…working out will wake up ur metabolism…good luck

      ehhe heyyy spartan..
      the purpose was not to go diet but to go sugarfree – and its kinda worked, my migraines went! ;p
      but its kinda turning into a diet..
      i went for a walk yesterday..
      i’m just a bit flu-ey…
      so wanna get over that before i work out
      cuz i feel a bit lazy ;p

    ma9adig!how did i miss that?!!?! aham shay r u sleeping better without sugar? according to this dietician i know itgool we “need” sugar to “function” bas hey who is she to know.. (fyi-im THE dieter of all times *cough* is——-> drrruuummmm rooolll ( ME ) :p tried everything u can imagine..from extreme dieting to sensible food and the crappy “exercise” :) i’m so happy for u as this is my first day once again :p hehe ya rab ja3alha il last time (ameen)

      oooohh!!! u were gone tooo long and didn’t check up on us :( ;p
      without sugar i am sleeping a bit better but bad sleep has always been a part of my life…
      i take a lot of fruits and some dates.. and honey (haven’t had that yet but i will ;p)
      i was having TOOO much sugar! so i think no sugar for a while is better ;p
      omg keep us updated on ur progress… and what exactly ur doing etc

        ee wallah cheeky sorry about that bas akher fatra we had slow VERY slow network connections :( bas i’m BACK :D aham shay heheeh well im on a low-fat/low-calorie DIEt ;) checkout http://www.rosemaryconley.com i have been her fan ever since her first “inchloss plan” back in ’87 (infetha7na age-wise hehe) 34 and proud :D anyway she’s got amazing low-fat recipes of anything and everything (burgers-pastas-risottos-pizzas-kormas-tikka…u name it) bas i don’t actually follow her plan as i used to.. i have a piece or 2 of fruits in the morning (not much of a morning person) and a good meal (one of the ones i mentioned above) for lunch & a piece of fruit again- dinner is usually a salad or low-fat soup :) or…well the optons r alot bas once u get the “idea” u just work it out accordingly :) o reyatha i workout to leslie sansone dvds-just finished my 5 mile walk *phew*
        try exercise it’ll be sure to make u sleep like a baby hehe

          yeaa that sounds really goood…
          i like cooking so cooking healthy for myself i don’t mind..
          i like having one big meal a day.. and one small meal and one medium meal.. and then a medium and a small snack (if tht makes sense)
          i really wanna start doing some yoga.. and some cardio..
          just wanna drop 4 kg :'(
