~day 11: sugarfree~

its been a strange weekend.. with the dust-storm in kuwait!! and which has hit dubai today to a milder extent!!

my best friend got to kuwait today! i miss her dearly – but i don’t have much time to come back to kuwait at the moment… i’m busy with a few different things at the moment…

i’ve been resisting everything sugary infront of me – but i manage to have too many dates and figs etc! and i think its a lot of calories that i need to cut down..

from tomorrow i will not have any dates – but have more fruits… see how that goes for a couple of days…

went for brunch today… had chicken liver with pomegranate syrup – i’m sure that has sugar but i really couldn’t resist that! i think if its sweets and desserts its a lot worse than sugar content in that sorta stuff!

what do u guys think?

      i’ve heard about ur sugar addiction! ;p
      hehehe the less sugar i eat ;p
      the more food i eat cuz i feel i have more calories to use up ;p
      its hard getting over sugar ;p

    well first of all kha6ry fil livers heheeh i cd literally c the plate infront of me-n e way, extra fruits, dates and figs can toll up :( i mean fruits r “healthy” bas they also have alot of “natural” sugars bas this doesn’t mean u can have the whole box of oranges and a whole mango tree to urself hehehe moderation 7bibty and u do need a “balanced” diet plan a7san-o try to have ur fruits in the morning and as morning snacks..i think u r havng more sugar than u should without even realizing heheh

      i knowwww
      i had toooo many datesss…
      so really need to cut down ;p no more dates and figs..
      fruits beyond that.. i think a bit of pineappple… a few tangerines.. a banana and a bit more.. i don’t mind… cuz i love fruits!!! :D
      and i’m eating no refined sugar ;p
