~day 13: sugarfree~

so tomorrow is supposedly my last day of sugarfree-ness…

okay so far the updates are i have not eaten any dates yesterday and today… i’m eating more actual food and trying to fill my belly of the space i have for the sugar ;p but i haven’t cut down nuts a lot a lot..

the only cereal i’m allowed is Kashi GoLean… it tastes a bit not nice initially.. and later.. when u get used to it.. its quite nice.. so i have little bowls of that when hunger strikes..

about the no sugar diet.. i think i’m gonna continue it for another month… its had such an amazing affect on my migraines.. that i don’t reallly want them to come back.. and i’m still getting used to the sugarfree-ness…

i think i’ll allow myself sugar something like once a week

maybe after a week or so start introducing a few more dates etc…

how are all of uuuu?????? :D

    That’s amazing. I actually noticed that chocolates were the triggers for my headaches and it has had an amazing effect on me that after two years I don’t crave for them at all. Keep it up and we’ll be here to support you all the way ;)

    cheeky ya um ilsugar!! hiiii i am fine thankx just so excited so far i lost 3.5kgs!!!! yay! and i feel great-what a morning :D i’m glad u r happy with this no sugar thing u r doing-mashallah 3alaich once convinced u really stick to ur guns huh?

        yeah cuz i’m “exercising” :””( the draining part of the day..but once my face turns red and i’m almost out of the breath and can’t finish a whole sentence without breaking out only then is when i realize i’m almost there..
