~i iz ILLL + diet update~

this weekend i have been sooo ill!!

i dunno what happened but it felt as tho my ears were about to explode!

and then it felt as though my throat was burning so there was soon to be a whole..

my head was in pain and just felt woozy…

my and my nose felt stuffy! and i’m sooo tiredd!!!

so i ate carbs yest and today to make me feel better!

i think i neeeded them..

so tomorrow onwards I may l try a new diet..

the dukan diet.. has any one tried it?

is it any good?

i don’t gave toooo much weight i wanna lose.. but i just want a quick start!

if anyone has some good food recipes that are protein only

pass this way pleaseee ;p

    hiiiii salamaat i know what u mean..life’s just more complicated without carbs :p ok here’s a recipe for a low fat chicken escalope.. stick to low-fat tara it’s healthier u hv more options..
    Chicken Escalope (low fat)
    2 Skinless chicken breasts
    1 egg white
    1/2 c milk
    1 Clove garlic; minced
    1 tb Chopped onion
    1 c Corn flakes
    1/2 c flour
    1/2 ts Dried rosemary
    1 ts Dried oregano
    1/2 ts Dried thyme
    1/2 ts Dried marjoram
    and paprika to taste.

    1. Beat the whites and milk to combine. Add garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
    2. Place chicken in this milk mixture and let stand 1 hour in the
    3. In food processor, process corn flakes along with herbs, paprika, salt
    and pepper. Stir into flour.
    4. Remove breasts from milk and coat with corn flakes mixture.
    5. Place in a baking dish and bake 40 minutes in 350 d. oven.
    6. Serve topped with lemon wedges.

    This makes 2 escalopes and the herbs are optional..
