Review: Canon PowerShot SX30 IS

On my birthday i received the best gift EVER! I love photography and taking pics so this was the best gift anyone could get me. Yayo made sure to get me something i really wanted and actually NEEDED. I can’t thank her enough ;** this is my first time reviewing a gadget, so excuse me if am messy with the info, but I’ll try my best to give u all the information you need.

Basically this camera can be considered a semiprofessional. I’m actually tired of carrying around my Canon 400D and not getting the quality that i need when taking random shots, this one was definitely easy to use and gives u the quality that you need. Here are the main features:

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!! It simply makes your life easier! amaaaaaaazing zoom, wide lens, so many options that you can use, PLUS…HD Video.

Features:

1. Amazing 35x Wide Angle optical zoom (24-840mm) with image stabilizer which helps you to take perfect shots even without a tripod. The image stabilizer also works while shooting a video which will give really smooth result.

2. I wanted a small digital camera just for the sake of taking quick videos, but this was definitely much better than what i expected. This camera gives you a High Definition video with stereo sound and amazing focus to shoot for up to 2 hours depends on the setting! You just have to try it to tell the difference.

3. A 2.7 inch flip screen.

4. Lots of options like the smile detector, color swap, fish eye, panorama and many many more.

5. It has the same options that any professional camera would have like Smart Auto, P, TV, AV, Manual, Custome, Portrait, Landscape and Sports.

It’s been 2 weeks since i started using it and i seriously can’t find anything that i don’t like about!! Am gonna start experimenting it soon and use different kind of options in different settings and see how the results would turn out. If I ever considered changing to a different kind of cameras other than Canon, this made me stick to my first love CANON <3
