~most versatile food~

okay today i’d like to talk about an underappreciated food which is consumed by us almost daily in one way or another without even realising it! it is a really versatile food and deserves a special mention!

the egg!!!!!

the egg is the most versatile food we have!

now what can we do with it:

– make omlets

– make cakes

– make mayonaise

– make custards

– make meatloaf and meatballs

– use it to make pastry

– make biscuits

and so so much more that i can’t think of

but it is just one of the most fantastic things u can have in ur fridge :D

    OH I TOTALLY AGREE! You appreciate it even more when u cook! When mom goes:
    “did u use eggs in this?! why?”
    Me: l2na ma ystiwi elshai without eggs! ;p
