today is the day.
no more excuses – i will become healthier.
this is my target: lose 6 kg by October 20th.
I know this seems a bit strange – to have so much time to lose just 6 kg – but i have become a lazy unhealthy human being and find it really really hard to lose weight.
from today onwards I cannot exceed 1300 calories.
No carbs (carbs being bread – pasta – rice) past 5 pm.
and exercise 4 times a week. this is the hardest one since by the time i get home i am exhausted!!
but it starts tomorrow! it really does start today!
its not one of those it starts today whr i lie.
its on the blog – it is official.
i will be healthy!
