how to lose weight?!??!?!?!?!

does anyone ever feel like the more your try to be healthy.. the more you end up not losing??

i find it very hard to lose weight as it is – but i’ve been trying and not seeing much difference..

i feel my body’s even bigger somehow!!!

anyone got any ideason how to actually lose weight? ;p

    Hi …

    i constantly visit your site but this is the first comment ever!…

    I happen to be in same scenario months ago, it’s a mixture of sadness,frustation and bit of anger! Ive heard so many advices i tried doing it but none of it suits me right,

    the key is Disciple, Enjoy what you do and eat with MODERATION.. because the process of losing weight is a lifestyle… inorder to be successful you have to live with it and enjoy it!!

    we usually change because of two reasons:

    1) your habits will be the death of you. people stop smoking after they get a stroke or have severely damaged their chest. generally speaking you are doing it for your own self.

    2) a mental realization or resolution to change. this is usually because of effects of others on you. loved one, family or society.

    im guessing your not so fat :P so you belong to group 2. it means your resolutions is feeble

    the word ‘habit’ is underestimated. eating is a habit so is exercise. everybody have eating habits and that you need to “change”. only some people have actual excessive habits and for that you need to “introduce”. im also guessing that you furiously walk on the treadmill and lift half pounds weights. :P so focus on changing eating habbits

    Remember “Old habits die hard”

    Three things:
    1. Eat less. (Stop eating before you feel full)
    2. Drink a lot of water. (Whenever you feel hungry – But not while having a meal)
    3. Exercise. (even going for a walk works)

    losing weight is all about convincing yourself that your not hungry, say u saw some food infront of you and your like yumm that looks tasty and then obviously u would have the urge to eat it but even though it is tempting u can tell urself that your not hungry…i did that and it totally works …

      that’s a great idea! but i have such a tough time because i work long hours and a certain type of routine sets in :(
      and its kinda hard to break that!! :(:(
      but i will try what you say..
      maybe for a week try to exercise twice a day or something

        over doing it will get u no where! only fatigue
        so take snacks with you for work
        like 5 pcs plain nuts
        5 dates
        apple
        carrot
        and eat them within 2 hours difference
        every 2 hours w different snack
        u’ll keep burning all day long
        get back home, have ur lunch then take an easy walk for an hour
        that’s all u need

          u know that sounds really healthy – unfortunately i can’t eat just one date ;p
          i think i don’t eat often enough in the morning
          and too often in the evening ;p

    you need to CHOCK your body to lose wight!
    change the type of food you are eating
    change your food every week
    change the time when you eat & when you exercise
    u’ll be amazed for the results ;)

    Well, it is actually hard to lose weight, I decided like one month ago, and I think the only way to do so and see difference is doing it in an unhealthy way lol… for example my daily schedule is as follow – I wake at 8 AM – I eat a banana or an apple, then I go to work, since I work two jobs, I come home at 6 PM, I have a very small meal, 1 Chicken breast and a small plate of salad… no pepsi, no chocolate nothing !!! then I hit the Gym for like 2 hours every single day!m oh not to mention that I walk daily for like 1 hour… finally, you sleep hungry… If you can handle it, then you’ll be able to lose around 4 kilos per week, my waist size changed from 38 to 36 within less a month… Hope that helps :P

      i’m trying it the healthy way and i’m not seeing much of a difference!!!
      its sooo annoyingg!!!
      i can’t handle food deprivation :(
