migraine entrenched in my head

I have one of the worst migraines of my life – i feel sick beyond sick and feel like i’m going to throw up

i just want to crawl into bed and sleep for a day or two!!!!!!

Moody can you please come massage my head..

do any of you get migraines – sometimes it feels like i’m being a drama queen – but i don’t know – it feels like ur complaining abt a headache – but in reality every sound seems to be going into your head..

i never used to get nausea with my migraines – but this time i am..

i know i seem like such a drama queen – but i’ve been feeling like this since yesterday and i don’t know what to do to feel better anymore :(

    awwwwwwww cheekyyy!! come ill do a massage for you! i hate migranes too, but you should see a doctor, i think i need to see one too, cuz there has to be a reason for it but you just need to find it.
    sometimes when i get a migrane, putting pressure on my eyes helps me alot!

    i have the same problem. headache and nausea after playing soccer:

    but i think i have migraine headache. head pain only at one side of the head with pulsating pain sometimes :<

    its the second most painful thing i suffer beside back pain. usually i try to avoid human contact because at the time i have a very short temper x(

    go see a doctor, a good one that is

    as for duddete: i recommend the following, it helps sometimes:

    before workout: glass of water
    after workout: glass of water,something sweet and rest for 45 minutes.

      i went to the doc – it was something to do with a neck muscle :D
      i feel so much better – i am happy now ;p

    Damn girl i feel the same way from yesterday .. after working out .. I know exactly how it feels .. i’m feeling it right now and i don’t know what to do with myself
