i have been trying to do the 100 days of paleo and the last 2 days have not been great..
day 10 was a cheat meal.. however today and yesterday were both terrible days of biscuits and cookies and chocolate and what not…
so tomorrow onwards i need to tighten the straps and really push on..
is anyone else having trouble with diet motivation?
its just been such a hectic week and i have been so tired! but i promise you! i will be good for the next 11 days till the 18th of November when i will have my major blow out cheat day/meal ;p
