This happened a lot 3 times or more for the past 3 month’s maybe. I have been using my blackberry for the past 2 years and never been better, until this white screen started to show up every now and then, I don’t recall exactly what it said, but it was something like APP ERROR and i number that i don’t remember.
The problem is the last 2 time that it happened…i was sleeping!! I almost over slept today cuz of this problem, woke up to find it like this, then there’s a restart button that i clicked, and then it took it like 3 minutes to reload. I have tried to Google it and read stuff online, some of them were too complicated, some said just take off the battery every now and then, which i believe it’s something i do.
Did this happen with you guys? What’s the best way to fix this? Do you have any advice on how to prevent this from happening again?

We would like to offer some help, and if it is what we know, then it would be solved, if not.. Buy a new device :p
Connect your device to the BB desktop manager and delete al the phone log files.
Or it is a software problem. So you need to download the latest updated software for your device.
This should help solve your problem. If not, we would be happy to assist if needed and we are waiting your replay to see how things work.

The thing is, since i updated my BB desktop manager, it felt like everything got more complicated and i hate plugging it now.
Anyway, I will try to do that as soon as possible, and ill let you know my feedback!

ok so i tried to connect it to my desktop manager and it showed that my device is up to date :( so i guess i have nothing to do! specially that i dont have a full memory (not even close to it) and very few applications, new device? :(
